Workspace Magnets are strings or links that you can share with someone to allow them to sync a workspace from their IDE.

Example magnet link:

Do They give access to workspace annotations?

Magnet links allow loading a workspace, but they will still need to be members to see access the documentation and be able to collaborate.

If they were not invited, they will just see a “Permission Needed” message.
